Objective : The objective of this fund is to beat the Bloomberg Barclays EuroGov 3-5Y Bond Index Bond Index, coupons reinvested over an investment horizon of at least 2 years.

Philosophy : The management applied in Euro Rendement Patrimoine relies for 60 to 100% of the assets on the method proven for more than 20 years by Jacques Cadenat. A simple and readable management strategy:

• The bonds are kept until maturity
• 100% of bonds issued in euro – no currency risk
• No speculation (carry only) and strong diversification of issuers

To complement this expertise, up to 40% assets may be invested in multi-management, especially on real estate funds, depending on market opportunities.
